We all hope it never happens, but what if your beloved pets outlive you? As a special benefit of membership in the 1938 Legacy Society, the SPCA of Texas offers our Pet Guardianship program, providing peace of mind that your pets will receive loving care and attention should they ever need us. Whether your pet was adopted from us or not, we'll ensure they are cared for until a new, loving home can be found.

When you include the SPCA of Texas in your estate plans, you join a special community of supporters who believe that kindness should outlast us. Your gift helps protect and sustain lifesaving work, from rescue and medical care to adoption and community support programs.

Bequest

You may be looking for a way to make a significant gift to help further our mission. A bequest is a gift made through your will or trust. It is one of the most popular and flexible ways that you can support our cause.

IRA Charitable Rollover

An IRA charitable rollover allows individuals age 70½ or older to reduce their taxable income by making a gift directly from their IRA.

Gift Annuity

You transfer your cash or appreciated property to our organization in exchange for our promise to pay you fixed payments (with rates based on your age) for the rest of your life.

Beneficiary Designation Gift

A beneficiary designation gift is a simple and affordable way to make a gift to support our cause. You can designate our organization as a beneficiary of a retirement, investment or bank account or your life insurance policy.
